Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made through the Rajiv Gandhi University Online Portal (https://rguonline.in) for admissions, examination fees, registration fees, application forms, or any other academic services.

All payments made through the portal are subject to the official rules, regulations, and refund policies of Rajiv Gandhi University.

If the amount is debited from the applicant’s account but the transaction status shows as failed or pending, the amount will be automatically refunded by the concerned bank/payment gateway within 5–10 working days.
