Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made through the Rajiv Gandhi University Online Portal (https://rguonline.in) for admissions, examination fees, registration fees, application forms, or any other academic services.

1. General Policy

All payments made through the portal are subject to the official rules, regulations, and refund policies of Rajiv Gandhi University.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

• Application form fees are generally non-refundable.
• Processing charges and transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Fees once paid shall not be refunded except under approved circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error.
• Excess payment made by the applicant.
• Payment deducted but application not successfully submitted.
• As per University-approved admission withdrawal policy.

4. Failed or Pending Transactions

If the amount is debited from the applicant’s account but the transaction status shows as failed or pending, the amount will be automatically refunded by the concerned bank/payment gateway within 5–10 working days.

5. Refund Process

• Eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email.
• Refunds will be processed only after verification by the University.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is successfully processed and confirmed, cancellation of the transaction is not permitted unless specifically approved under the University's official regulations.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Arunachal Pradesh, India.
